The 2010 IHEEM Annual Conference

2010 Conference Theme Announced:
Clean. Lean. Safe. Green.

The IHEEM Conference is the largest and most important gathering of its kind in the UK for healthcare estates specialists. Reflecting the challenges facing all those involved in creating and managing healthcare environments, this year's conference theme is 'Creating Cleaner, Leaner, Safer and Greener Environments for Quality Patient Care'.

Speakers invited
In 2010, Healthcare Estates is moving to Manchester Central, a prestigious new venue worthy of the event's stature, and able to accommodate a much expanded Conference programme, Exhibition and new supporting activities.
The IHEEM Annual Conference is a unique opportunity to present and discuss the ideas, issues and innovations that affect everyone involved in the healthcare estates and facilities sector. Its success has been built on the quality and authority of its speakers, and their experience and understanding. As one of our speakers, you can share your insights with your fellow professionals, and make a real contribution to the future direction of healthcare facilities.
Make yourself heard
Your first step is to submit a 500-word abstract of your proposed paper to the IHEEM Education Committee. Made up of senior estate managers and directors, it will assess your abstract's relevance and importance in light
of the factors they judge will affect the market in the coming year. This intellectual rigour has made the Conference a highly respected platform, with ideas first presented here going on to become standard industry practice.
Submit a paper
You can submit your abstract by downloading and completing the application, or by email to conference@iheem.org.uk, or online at www.iheem.org.uk.
If you would like to discuss any aspect of the Conference, its content or your paper, please contact Jeff Pickering, at IHEEM on 02392 823186.
Deadline for abstracts: 31 March 2010
