Sponsorship
We’re offering a number of sponsorship packages to suit every budget, and all designed to help you make the maximum impact at Healthcare Estates 2013. Sponsorship is the perfect way to:

Event Sponsors – £10,000 + VAT
- Your company logo to appear on the VIP area, entrance, signs around the Conference, Dinner and Healthcare Estates website
- Five delegate places to the Conference
- Table of 10 at the Healthcare Estates dinner
- 12m² shell scheme stand (includes lighting, electrics, fascia board, carpet and walling)
- Your company logo to appear on visitor and delegate marketing material (for example, emails, adverts & tickets) denoting you as a event sponsor
- Insert (A4 or A5) in the delegate bag
- Lunchtime roundtable (including catering). Invite visitors to the event to join your lunch on day one of the event
Key Sponsorship
All packages include the following unless stated:
- Enhanced company listing in the Healthcare Estates event catalogue
- Your company logo to appear on visitor and delegate marketing material (for example, emails, adverts & tickets) denoting you as a sponsor
- Company logo, profile and hyperlink on the Healthcare Estates website
- Two delegate places to the conference
Registration area – £5,000 + VAT
- Your company logo on the Healthcare Estates promotional material referring to the registration area
- Prominent placement of logo and messaging on registration area
- One visitor bag insert (A4 or A5) designed and printed by the sponsor
Delegate Bags – £4,000 + VAT
Delegate bag will be given to all delegates at registration – your logo printed on bags to ensure your branding is seen by the key names in the healthcare sector.
- Sponsors’ logo and website on one side (sponsor to supply, to agreed design)
- One piece of promotional literature as a delegate bag insert
Visitor Bags – £4,000 + VAT
Visitor bag will be given to all exhibition visitors at registration – ensuring your branding is seen by visitors at the event and taken home by attendees.

- One piece of promotional literature as a visitor bag insert
Lanyards – £4,000 + VAT
Lanyards printed with your name, your logo along with Healthcare Estates logo and given to all attendees – ensuring your branding is seen across the event (circa 2000 produced)
Networking hour drinks sponsor – £3,000 + VAT
We are able to offer exclusive sponsorship of the ‘Networking Hour’ drinks reception which is attended by visitors, delegates, exhibitors and VIPs. This is a unique opportunity to bring all Healthcare Estates attendees together under your corporate banner giving your team a fantastic opportunity to engage with key personnel in the healthcare sector.

- One delegate place to the conference
Footsteps – £2,500 + VAT
- Opportunity for two exhibitors to have branded footsteps to their stand. One from the entrance of the event and one from the entrance of the conference.
- Footsteps will be placed every couple of metres from the entrance point to your stand (footsteps supplied by exhibitor)
Visitor catering – £2,000 + VAT
- Sponsors’ logo and branding in and around the visitor catering areas during the two exhibition open days
- Opportunity to provide branded promotional items
Other opportunities include:

Dinner Sponsorship
All packages include the following unless stated:
- Table of 10 at the Healthcare Estates dinner
- Listing in the dinner booklet and on the dinner pages of the Healthcare Estates website
- Logo to be included on dinner signage at the event
- Company logo on rotation with other sponsors during the duration of the dinner
- Full page advert in the awards programme booklet
Category Sponsor – £3,500 + VAT
- Allocated area within the pre-dinner drinks reception, which can be used as an area to host your guests
- Company logo on stage during presentation of sponsored award category
- Company representative to present award to the winner of award category
Pre-dinner drinks reception – £3,500 + VAT
- Sponsorship of the pre-dinner drinks reception (exclusive sponsorship)
- Opportunity to provide branded t-shirts/polo shirts for the pre-dinner drinks reception staff (sourced & supplied by sponsor)
- Opportunity to have pop-up stands at the entrance to the welcome drinks reception
Wine sponsor – £1,000 + VAT
- Two places at the Healthcare Estates dinner
- Sponsor to supply wine collars for the dinner circa of 200 to be supplied (sponsor will be denoted as wine sponsor in the dinner booklet)
- ½ page advert in the dinner booklet
