Healthcare Estates 2012 takes place on the 9th and 10th October at Manchester Central (GMEX), opening on both days at 9:00am and is FREE to attend.
Visitor feedback from the 2011 event has been very positive, praising the exhibition for providing the opportunity to, meet with existing suppliers, identify new suppliers, view industry innovations and enhance general awareness of available products and services. Visitors also praised the quality of the showcase presentations and the relevant practical advice available from exhibitors.
Healthcare Estates 2012 will have even more on offer. With an extensive conference programme, plus new features providing comprehensive coverage for all sectors of healthcare. The activities will include a new area for Contractors & Architects – and an Estate Management & Consultants area in addition to key areas on Energy & Sustainability, our Focus on FM Showcases and New Product networking areas.
The 2012 event will continue our theme of ‘Improving outcomes through innovation’, allowing visitors to gain a real insight into a variety of topics.

Healthcare Estates is organised alongside the Healthcare Estates conference and in conjunction with IHEEM. The exhibition is backed by the leading title in the sector, Health Estate Journal, read by nearly 38% of attendees at the event, 18% more than its nearest rival*.
At Healthcare Estates you will meet the right people, decision makers* of our visitors 39% were senior NHS or Private Healthcare employees, a further 29% being Contractors to healthcare facilities.
