Conference Delegate Lunch and Refreshments

Daily Tea and Coffee breaks are scheduled in the exhibition VIP areas and are included in the 1 and 2 day registration fees for Delegates. Lunch is also included in the registration fees for full paying 1 & 2 day delegates. Food and beverage outlets will be available throughout the exhibition for these delegates. Visitors are able to purchase lunch items and drinks during the event. A networking drinks reception is scheduled in the exhibition hall at 17.15 on Tuesday 8 October, 2019 and is included in the registration for all exhibition visitors and conference delegates. Healthcare Estates IHEEM Awards Dinner

The Awards is a fantastic occasion celebrating excellence and achievement in the industry. The Dinner is an excellent opportunity to network with the best in the healthcare sector: award winners, exhibition and conference attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, and to continue discussing the day’s topics whilst enjoying a luxurious 3 course meal and 1/2 bottle of wine per person.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel, please let us know in writing. Up to 1 July 2019, there’ll be a £50 administration charge for private sector delegates and all dinner places. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds after this date. However places can be transferred subject to written confirmation via email to DionneRadford@step-exhibitions.com
