Conference Delegate Bookings
The delegate fee includes:
- Entrance to all Conference sessions
- Entrance to the Exhibition
- Delegate Pack
- Lunches
- Coffee & refreshments
Only delegates in possession of official badges will be admitted.
The Early Bird Booking rates are applicable up to and including 27 August 2010 after which standard booking rates will apply. Reduced fees are available for IHEEM graduate members, IHEEM members registered as retired and registered exhibitors from IHEEM Company Affiliates. Advance registration will close on 1 October 2010. If you wish to register for the Conference after this date, on-site registration will be available.
Conference Delegate Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your delegate place at Healthcare Estates, please let us know in writing:

Up to 10 September 2010 there is a £30 administration charge. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds after this date. Delegates may be substituted at any time.
Conference Programme
IHEEM reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any part of the conference programme should that alteration, amendment or cancellation be necessary or beyond the control of IHEEM. Whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure that there are sufficient seats and places in each session, IHEEM cannot guarantee places in all sessions at all times and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis subject to the availability of seats in the allocated conference room.
