Biography

Sam has 22 years’ experience working within the NHS at a senior management level, initially managing services and then moving into service improvement and finally into strategic transformation programmes and leading significant capital projects.

She has advanced skills and expertise in healthcare planning, system / service improvement, capital projects, business cases and stakeholder engagement, particularly in the following sectors; Primary, Community, Place Based and Mental Health Care services and property.
