Available to collect from the Registration desk on arrival, this useful resource list all sessions in the programme (Keynotes, Conference & Exhibition Theatres), allowing you to easily log the sessions you have attended.

There is also space to record your objectives for attending and key outcomes from your learning.

Recording evidence of CPD will demonstrate your CPD achievements and your completed Record Book can be used to support a submission for CPD points to your accrediting body.
