Built for Capital Projects, Estates & Facilities Management (CEFM), it goes beyond generic AI chatbots. CompliMind supports staff in searching regulations and local documents, writing policies and minutes, and reviewing compliance with transparent citations and scoring.

CEFM teams spend around 22 hours a week on knowledge tasks. Research and NHS pilots show CompliMind reduces this by 35%+, saving the equivalent of a working day per staff member per month while improving accuracy and assurance.
