The Health Estates and Facilities Management Association (HEFMA) is a leading Branch-based network of Directors and Senior Managers of Estates and Facilities working in the NHS in England. Its members are responsible for the delivery and management of all Estates and Facilities services at all hospitals and Trusts.

HEFMA is committed to supporting its members in their professional roles, with an emphasis on four key workstreams: Compliance, Workforce, Sustainability and Digitalisation. Its annual Leadership Forum provides development and networking opportunities for all members, supported by regular Branch activities, meetings, training events and knowledge days.
