Net Zero UK is the sustainability division of S I Sealy & Associates, a building services engineering consultancy. Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced building & energy modellers, building physics engineers, low-carbon consultants, sustainability engineers and NHS Net Zero Coordinators. We assist our clients in identifying opportunities to reduce energy usage, and both embodied and operational carbon emissions in new build and refurbishment projects.

Our range of services includes assisting in grant applications, detailed heat decarbonisation plans, operational and embodied decarbonisation studies, NHS Net Zero Coordinator roles, renewable energy studies, passive design optimisation, climate change adaptation and mitigation, thermal comfort and wellness, climate-based daylight studies and compliance studies for Building Regulations and MEES Regulations.
