We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL), formed from the Trust’s former in-house estates and facilities department. Since becoming a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in 2018, we have matured into a trusted partner to the healthcare industry, providing estates and facilities solutions that provide a unique blend of public sector insight and commercial agility.

Our multi-disciplinary team combine decades of NHS experience with forward-thinking, innovative approaches to delivery.
