S I Sealy was founded in 1949 and is now one of the leading decarbonisation & building services engineering consultancies in the North of England. We have significant experience of providing NHS estate HDPs (Heat Decarbonisation Plans) though our sustainability division NetZeroUK.com together with delivering complex MEP designs. Our experience encompasses all aspects of healthcare, including health centres, hospital buildings, extensions, and refurbishments to existing buildings. The strength of our experience is demonstrated by being an approved MEP consultant on the NHS Shared Business Services Framework.
