All registered attendees have access to the Itinerary Planner, which allows you to explore the programme of content available to you, and to create a personalised itinerary of the sessions you want to attend.
Step 1
Book your place at Healthcare Estates. The Itinerary Planner is available to all attendees, whatever ticket type you select.
Step 2
At the end of the process, on the REGISTRATION CONFIRMED screen, click on the Add Seminar button. (You can skip this stage and come back later if you wish – see Step 7).
Step 3
Review the programme – click into a session to read a synopsis (if available).
Step 4
Use the + button to add your preferred sessions to your itinerary. (NB – adding a session does not commit you to attend).
Step 5
When you have finished, click “Book Conference” to save. (NB – this action does not make an additional booking, it only saves your latest Itinerary selections).
Step 6
An updated booking confirmation, including your selected itinerary, will be emailed to you.
Step 7
You can log back in to the system and adjust your itinerary at any time by clicking on the “Book/Edit Seminars” link in your email booking confirmation.
No link in your booking confirmation? Here’s what to do…
In advance of the event, all pre-registered attendees will be sent a personalised link to access the Itinerary Planner. Once you add sessions, your new Booking Confirmation will include the Add/Edit Seminars link.
Alternatively you can request your personalised link at any time by emailing healthcare@step-exhibitions.com (please allow up to 48 working hours for your link to be sent).
