Cancellation Policy
Please ensure all details are correct at time of booking. Bookings can only be altered via the conference administrator.

All delegate booking cancellations will be subject to a £50 administration fee, up to and including 28 August 2026. After this date no refunds can be issued. Delegates can, however, be substituted at any time.
Process for obtaining free parking for Delegates and those with Lounge access
- On arrival, enter the car park and park up as normal.
- Before you leave the event, visit the Wandsworth Healthcare desk in The Lounge to claim your Free Parking code.
- Check out at a ticket machine as normal, entering the code when prompted.
