IHEEM Strategic Estates Management Advisory Platform Update

IHEEM Strategic Estates Management Advisory Platform SEM AP) has now been running for 18 months. Its overarching purpose is to provide guidance and best practice for the strategic end of healthcare projects and system-wide issues.
It has four subgroups that have been very active over the 18-month lifespan:
- – The strategic front end
- – Macro estates management
- – Healthcare planning
- – Digital delivery
This session will provide a high-level update of the progress made by the groups and will outline the successes, challenges and future plans for delivery of tangible benefits for healthcare estates professionals.
