The Pre and Post Occupancy Evaluations process is providing valuable information, which can be used to support 5 case model and secure central funding. They are currently being carried out across the Framework projects and we will share some of the key findings.
BIM reduces project risk and supports revenue reduction and whole life costs. After conducting a wide consultation process, the new P22 BIM documents are ready for launch and use on projects. The documents have been endorsed by: BIM 4 Health, Health Estates & Facilities Management Association and IHEEM.
Repeatable Rooms and Standard Components are delivering savings in capital costs, revenue and operations while providing greater cost certainty. We will share examples of successes to show the benefits of adopting them on future schemes and innovation being delivered from working in close collaboration with the suppliers.
