Biography

David became CEO of the Carbon and Energy Fund (CEF) in February 2024 following 12 years as a Director responsible for project origination and sourcing the finance for CEF projects.

Prior to the CEF David was a Director of MITIE Group PLC. For both organisations he has delivered a variety of Energy Services projects in both the Private and Public sectors including district heating, biomass, energy efficiency, battery storage, on and off site solar, heat pumps, alternative forms of generation and fuels.

David graduated with an MBA from Cass Business School in 2007.
