Biography

Eddie is a Chartered Environmental Engineer with 35 years’ experience in the Building Services Industry. He is an IHEEM Council member and chairs the Management and Finance and Technical Platforms committees. He has been with Health Facilities Scotland since its inception in 1995 and has been a key player in the creation of NHS Scotland Assure. He is currently seconded to a major hospital construction project to promote the assurance objectives of NHS Scotland. Eddie’s remit covers Critical Engineering Services and Sustainability.
