Biography

Fay has supported NHS apprenticeships in the NHS since 2010, joining Health Education England in 2014. Fay works with senior officials within Health and Government to increase cross-organisational working and the growth of apprenticeships in the NHS. Providing apprenticeship capacity-building expertise to ensure a fit for purpose health and social care workforce, by maximising apprenticeship uptake and use of levy.

Fay currently supports several key national apprenticeship professions including, Estates and Facilities – working with stakeholders to develop their understanding and to successfully implement apprenticeships within workforce plans.
