Biography

Gary’s career started in the construction industry, having worked since 1985 for a variety of leading UK contractors in the development and delivery of large-scale construction and civil engineering projects.

Gary has been involved in investment related (PPP / PFI) business since the outset of the NHS LIFT initiative in 2001, in joint venture consortia formed to bid for healthcare / education / blue light schemes and managing the subsequent delivery and operational management of such schemes.

Gary joined gbpartnerships in 2018 and leads the gbpartnerships asset and project management team (gbpartnerships manage), delivering property management services to 14 LIFT Companies and West Hub Scotland and managing a property portfolio worth over £850m, on behalf of public and private sector shareholders.
