Helen Kane

Helen formed Access Included Ltd in 2004 after setting a precedent on valuations for less accessible buildings in central London, specialising in increasing well-being and productivity for building users and focusing on neurodiversity, multi-sensory, inclusive and Biophillic design.


Helen holds a Construction Project Management masters, Housing degree, teaching qualification and is a qualified pilot, carpenter and plumber. As a surveyor her experiences span all sectors, 70+ countries, and include nego-=tiations on the London Olympics site and searching for properties while piloting a plane in Africa. Helen was also the last board chair of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Wales).
