Biography

National Head of Construction and leads on the £9bn ProCure23 (P23) a globally recognised, award winning procurement framework which provides the vehicle for NHSE to support Trusts throughout their projects from concept to construction and beyond, driving innovation, best practise and consistency in construction.

Helen is a highly experienced Capital, Estates and Facilities healthcare professional who has been involved for many years in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and sustainable environments as part of Trusts senior leadership team.  

Helen has also worked in the healthcare in the consultancy sector as a Project Director and as a Consulting Engineer were she spent many years designing, building and acting as Trust adviser on numerous projects and programmes.

Helen is proud of being a STEM ambassador and also being on the IHEEM membership and Chartered Engineering evaluation panel supporting those with aspirations to succeed.

Helen has a passion for driving excellence and enjoys the challenges of her role supporting Trusts and Government programmes for success, using all her skills to make a difference on a national scale for the NHS and its patients.
