Biography

James joined CHP in February 2024, and has over 10 years’ experience in delivering operational services, developing partnerships, and delivering transformation to the Public Sector, through private organisations and directly, whilst working in Local Government. He combines public sector experience and understanding with commercial and customer skills from working in the private sector.

James currently looks after the Midlands portfolio and sits on a number of LIFTCo Boards across the region.
