Biography

Joanna is currently a Delivery Director at Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.

Joanna joined the NHS in 1993 and started as a general nurse. Since 2000 Joanna has held a number of senior operational posts in the NHS across Acute, Primary care, Community and most recently Mental Health . During her career Joanna has led on a number of change programmes across different systems working with multiple stakeholders. More recently led on a several capital programmes across Lancashire and South Cumbria.

Joanna has particular interests in leadership, asset based Community developments, strategy and operational delivery both within and across Organisations in health and care.
