Biography

Kim joined Eta Projects Ltd in 2008 as the Office Administrator. She is now a director within the company with several areas of responsibility. These include Financial, HR, Business Strategy, framework management, legal and compliance. Kim successfully completed a BSc (Honours) in Psychology with a 2:1 in 2020. Kim has an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration and Certificate in Personnel Practice (CIPD) with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She has successfully completed courses in Sage50 and MS Excel.  Kim is the joint chair of the IHEEM Diversity & Inclusion committee, dedicated to creating an inclusion culture within the Healthcare Estates and engineering sector.
