Biography

Linsey Temple joined Eastwood Park in September 2021 as Chief Operating Officer across both our training and venue business.   Linsey’s role at Eastwood Park is to oversee the operational functionality of the entire business and work with managers to maximise efficiencies and improve the cohesiveness of the two sides of the business whilst allowing both to have some form of operational and financial independence.

Linsey spent 25 years working for an Engineering Training provider, joining as an apprentice and rising through the ranks to CEO. Throughout her time at the company, Linsey acquired a vast amount of knowledge surrounding general engineering and education and apprenticeships (both vocational and academic). During her 11 years as CEO, she successfully developed an understanding of running a business and operating at a strategic level.

Linsey is qualified to Masters level, gaining two Masters Degrees; one in the Management of Human Resources and the other in Leading Business.

Linsey also was a Director of a National Training Provider Membership network for 7 years, undertaking the role of Vice Chair for 2 years.
