Biography

As Estates and Facilities Workforce Manager at NHS England, Lucy leads programmes that support all aspects of workforce development, attraction, recruitment, retention, and career progression. Working at a strategic level to help organisations address challenges and create an inclusive work environment. Portfolio currently includes EFM apprenticeships, graduate scheme, T levels, entry careers and workforce engagement.

Prior to this role, Lucy has worked for over 25 years in a wide variety of roles specialising in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, delivering positive action interventions, award-winning educational and employment programmes that support the NHS workforce and reduce social and economic inequality.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), T Level Ambassador, and Mental Health First Aider.
