Biography

Michael is an expert in all areas of employment law with particular experience of complex employment issues concerning discrimination, whistle blowing, reorganisation and change within the NHS.  He provides both advice and representation to private health clients, foundation trusts, NHS trusts, ICBs, NHS England and Health Education England.

Recognised by the Legal500 as a ‘Next Generation Lawyer’ in employment law, Michael undertakes a full range of employment law advice and representation for healthcare clients, including advocacy in the Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.  Michael is also a prominent member of our on-going training and continuing development activities for clients.
