Biography

Michelle has over 15 years’ experience in public sector project and programme management as well as bid, tender and business case development. Having worked in a variety of settings Michelle has worked predominately on large transformation projects. Including Building Schools for the Future, MPFT’s master planning and Major Capital programme.

In her current role, Michelle is responsible for the delivery of the Trust’s Capital Portfolio and sits on the Board’s Major Transaction Committee. Michelle has a focus on strategic capital planning and a wealth of experience of leading multi-disciplinary design through to the point of construction on multi-million pound schemes.

 

Mark has 21 years of experience in healthcare design and has delivered a wide range of schemes, including acute, mental health and community projects. He is an experienced architect and masterplanner, with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, with previous experience working within an NHS Trust. He has delivered a number of key projects, including a specialist Autism Unit in Surrey and an Intensive Care Unit in South London. He is currently involved in the design of a range of community, acute and mental health projects in the UK and Canada.
