Biography

Neil McElduff – Neil is the ICS Estates Programme Lead working with health and local authority partners to develop place based estates initiatives that focus on delivering social value to populations. He is the ICS lead on the net carbon zero programme, representing Birmingham and Solihull on the Regional Green Board. He is leading on a digitised estates management model that will target energy consumption and management. He is a Fellow of the RICS and a Fellow of the IWFM. Previously he was Executive Director of Property and Asset Management at Community Health Partnerships and an NHS Trust Director of Estates and Facilities.
