Biography

Having recently completed the Bouygues Energies & Services Graduate Scheme, Nicola is now an Innovation Project Manager based in the Digital Transformation and Innovation (DTI) team.

As well as project managing a wide range of innovation projects and representing a number of innovation programmes, Nicola is also responsible for innovation governance, which is the structure in place to set direction for innovation. Consisting of innovation champions, a core team and a steering committee, this structure energises innovation at all levels in the business, ensuring a clear direction is in place for quicker change.
