Pat is the Director of Strategy for Sheffield Health & Social Care NHS Foundation Trust responsible for leading strategy, strategic transformation programmes, annual planning, PMO, capital development and estates and facilities. With over 15 years of leading significant change programmes in the NHS, she brings a wealth of experience. Her key focus recently has been on the turnaround of the Trust’s Estates & Facilities Management department.
