Biography

Paul Mercer BA Hons, BArch Hons,

RIBA, MIHSCM, FIHEEM, FRSA is an architect with 30 years’ experience as an

NHS Director of Estates, and subsequently as Director of Tangram Architects.

As well as designing an assortment of building in east London, he spent a fair few years conducting design reviews and quality evaluations for the NHS and the Home Office.

Paul’s approach to projects is one of careful collaboration and inclusivity.
