Biography

With over 30 years’ experience, Paul is the General Manager at a Central London Hospital with responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the core Mechanical and Electrical services.

Having entered the industry through an apprenticeship scheme, Paul passionately believes that everyone should have a chance to gain “real life” management experience to enable them to become a future leader. He has been the driving force in launching the TEAM scheme on Bouygues Energies and Services healthcare sites and continues to play a vital role in Training Engineers as Managers, developing their skills to ensure they have a successful future career.
