Biography

Ian Eames is a Professor of Fluid Mechanics at University College London. His areas of interest are around the movement of air in complex spaces and thermal management. He is a Chartered Engineering and FIMechE and works on fundamental research that support decision making by estates teams. His PhD was in Applied Mathematics (1994, Cambridge Uni, DAMTP) and has since shifted his work towards the engineering aspects of real world problems.
