Biography

Rachelle McDade is Director of Healthcare planning, based in London, who has spent the last 27 years designing and planning hospital projects and strategies, from community wellbeing hubs to large Acute masterplans in the UK and globally.

She is experienced in producing detailed brief appraisals with strategic master planning proposals and aims to encourage sustainable design which maximises flexibility and future-proofs projects by minimising impact on sites and demands for finite resources. Rachelle has a passion for designing digital healthcare solutions, with a keen interest in any ground-breaking technology that expedites the patient pathway and improves staff’s working environment.
