Rebecca Philips is a Senior Design Manager for Tilbury Douglas Construction in the Midlands. Rebecca has specialised in design management of complex health projects, including a world class rare diseases hospital for Birmingham Women’s and Children’s hospital, and a major emergency department project for Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. Rebecca specialises in client relationships and understanding clinical needs, working with multi disciplinary design teams to create viable healthcare projects.
