Biography

Robbie is the Founder and Director of the Procure Partnerships Framework; set up in 2017 to support Public Sector bodies to compliantly procure contractor partners, to deliver their major construction projects.

In 2022 the Procure Partnerships Framework supported 65 NHS Trusts to procure contractors and over the past two years has delivered in excess of £1b of construction projects for the Public Sector.

Delivering demonstrable Social Value is at the heart of everything the Procure Partnerships Framework does. Robbie has driven over £1b of social value benefit into local communities over the past 6 years, supporting some of the most deprived areas in the UK.

Prior to setting up the Procure Partnerships Framework Robbie worked with a tier one contractor for over a decade supporting the delivery of public sector healthcare projects throughout their procurement and pre-construction stages.

Robbie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and is a Constructing Excellence Board member. He has an undergraduate degree in Aviation and Aerospace, a postgraduate degree in Construction Project Management, and a Master’s in Business (MBA). When not in work, he enjoys spending time with his two sons Oliver and George, and flies light aircraft as a hobby.
