Biography

Serena Davis Programme Manager, Dorset County Hospital
Serena Davis joined Dorset County Hospital as a Programme Manager in Sept 23. Previously occupying roles within Dorset ICB as a PMO lead developing the Our Dorset Project Management Training and Development programme. She was also involved in the merger transaction of Bournemouth and Poole hospitals. In 2021 joined the Elective care team as a Principal Programme Lead before moving into a programme manager role in the design and transformation team. She has been leading the Orthopaedic elective recovery programme which included securing the initial TIF funding for SWH Outpatient Assessment Centre. Prior to this held the Head of Store Development role at WHSmith for the high street business, having 18 years in retail specialising in delivering operational efficiencies.
