Simon leads Community Health Partnerships (CHP) as Regional Director for the South and East regions, overseeing strategic engagement and stakeholder management across diverse healthcare economies. He holds board positions in 12 specialist health and social care Public Private Partnerships, managing a £500m regional portfolio encompassing 40 facilities. His success stems from his ability to forge strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and delivering on commitments.

With 25 years of experience, Simon excels in all aspects of infrastructure projects, from conception and design to construction, financing, and ongoing operation. He leverages this expertise to drive innovation in the healthcare sector, demonstrated by his success in opening CHP estates to the community and embedding social value considerations throughout company policy. Under his leadership, CHP generated over £38M in social value last year, a testament to his commitment to positive impact.
