Biography

Steven is an experienced Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in engineering and an expert in renewable energy and decarbonisation of Public Sector estate. He worked extensively across the public sector with National Health, Local Authorities, and Higher Education organisations, delivering national strategic Carbon Management programmes from 2007 to 2012. He has worked with the Carbon and Energy Fund since just after its creation in 2013, developing cutting edge carbon reduction schemes in the NHS, from inception, though procurement and construction. He has worked with over 50 NHS Trust estate teams and Boards, delivering multi-million pound energy retrofit projects across the United Kingdom.
