Biography

Following a very successful career working across the South of England as an estates advisor for major NHS development programmes both within the NHS and as a consultant, Stuart joined NWSSP SES as Head of Estates development in 2018 providing advice to Welsh Government and Health Boards across Wales. Promotion to Deputy Director came in August 2021, followed by Directorship of SES in April 2023.

Stuart has an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Member of the Association for Project Management and an NHS Estates Accredited Project Director for major development schemes in the NHS.
