Biography

Suzanne is a clinical planner and practising clinician who has dedicated her career to the pursuit of clinical excellence. She works with clients across the globe to help them develop optimum clinical models as the foundation and underpinning of the built environment – wrapping design around excellence in flow.
She has taken innumerable organisations through capital project development from inception to delivery, demonstrating how estates can be an enabler to deliver clinical aspirations and create inspirational buildings that wrap around excellence in service delivery.
An advocate of the digital agenda she works with health systems internationally developing digital hospitals that meet the demands of today and are fit to deliver tomorrow’s technology.
