Biography

Tim is CEO of estates and service planning consultancy Shared Agenda and brings over 30 years of experience to support customers in aligning their estate with the services they need to provide, allowing them to focus on their core business.
Having worked previously across the public sector he has a strong foundation in understanding the challenges faced by NHS organisations and the drivers and dynamics at play in decision making. His experience includes PPP/PFI project delivery and management as well as hand back, and he enjoys problem solving which requires the need to balance between the strategic and operational.
