Biography

Will leads on the delivery of the Transformation Portfolio at JPUH, and his team have established strong links with the JPUH New Hospital Programme team, ensuring that projects impacting on the plans for the new hospital are co-developed and delivered in partnership.

Will manages the ‘System Clinical Transformation’ Programme, which identifies opportunities to provide acute services off-site, as well as developing projects which focusses on pathways that could be better delivered in primary care and community settings. He also is supporting the creation of a 3 acute strategy, that supports the sharing of pathways and capacity across the 3 acutes in the Norfolk and Waveney Health and Social Care system.
