Kier has been leading the way in healthcare design, construction and maintenance for over three decades. Our extensive experience in live healthcare environments allows us to deliver state-of-the-art facilities that cater to the needs of staff, patients, and their families. Our mission is to work in partnership to create high-quality healthcare spaces that provide invaluable care and support for our local communities.

Since January 2024, Kier has delivered 49 projects for the NHS totalling over £826m. These include the University of Salford, supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals with world-class clinical education facilities, and Luton and Dunstable University Hospital, procured through the Crown Commercial Services Framework, where Kier was appointed to design and construct new clinical buildings, including high-tech facilities for maternity, neonatal, theatre and critical care services
