Biography

Alison is an Associate Director at Archus, working in the Programme & Project Management team. She is an NEC3 & 4 Accredited ECC Project Manager and Better Business Case Practitioner with almost 20 years’ experience in healthcare where she has worked with clients across the entire NHS system including acute, mental health and community Trusts as well as with central and regional bodies. Alison was appointed by NHSPS to support delivery of the Devizes Health Centre where she project managed completion of the outline and full business cases, detailed design, construction and commissioning of the new facility.
