Biography

Caroline is currently Workforce Lead in the National Estates and Facilities team, NHS England.

Having worked in the commercial sector for over 20 years as a resourcing and communications consultant, Caroline joined the NHS in 2021 to focus on implementing the first National NHS Estates and Facilities Workforce Action Plan.

Her role is to help raise the profile of the c100k strong Estates and Facilities workforce across England, making staff feel valued and proud of the work that they do, as well as attracting new and diverse talent into the NHS to ensure a sustainable workforce in line with the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan.
