Biography

Carrie Cruickshank started her career in banking and overseas finance in London. 24 years ago she decided to change her career pathway and joined the NHS where Carrie enjoyed her time, initially working in Haematology, before moving in to Corporate Governance.  An opportunity eventually arose within Estates and Facilities, managing compliance, assurance and EPRR which Carrie jumped at.  With this newfound challenge Carrie’s passion enabled her to excel in her career and she is now the Associate Director of EFM Business Performance and Governance at a large acute hospital NHS Trust, leading on ERIC, PAM, Business Performance, Governance, Compliance, Assurance, H&S, Fire Safety, Asset Management, Contracts and Medical Devices Management. Carrie is also Deputy Chair for HEFMA, Eastern Branch.
