Biography

Charles Everard has a track record in zero energy developments supported by an MSc in Energy and Sustainable Design, and his qualifications as an architect and project manager. Charles has led new and retrofit zero energy housing projects and supported the health sector to develop their zero energy plans. He has led a seven acre very low energy development in Devon and a number of joint venture companies between the private and public sectors in housing, health and education to deliver programmes valued up to £220 million.
